About 2048

2048 is a single-player sliding tile puzzle. Every move slides all tiles in one direction; tiles with the same number merge into their sum, and a fresh 2 or 4 spawns after each move. Keep merging to build ever-larger powers of two — the classic goal is the 2048 tile, but skilled players push far beyond it. The board is only 4×4, so plan your merges and keep your biggest tile pinned to a corner.
