By using Coy99 ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

Coy99 provides free browser-based games for entertainment. Games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

2. No real-money gambling

Casino-style games use virtual chips only. These chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed, and carry no prizes or payouts. Coy99 does not offer gambling and is not a gambling operator. Casino-style games are intended for adults (18+).

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, cheat or manipulate leaderboards, submit offensive names, or use automated tools to abuse the site. We may remove scores or restrict access where we detect abuse.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coy99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site. The games are for fun; play responsibly and take breaks.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
